1. Can I be reimbursed for utilities?

No. All utilities are paid directly to the vendor.

2. How long does it take to process applications?

Please allow up to 30 days to process an application.

3. Why is my application being held up?

A valid roll number was not included with the application. All applications must include the roll number; or application was not completed.

4. Why am I not been receiving information from the Social Services department.

Do we have your current contact information? If you have moved since you first filled out forms, you will need to fill out and submit a Change of Address form.

5. Can I pay a utility bill that is in someone else's name?

Yes you can. You will need a valid drivers license with the street address matching the address on the utility bill. We will pay the utility bill after you have lived at this address for 30 days from the drivers license issue date. A notarized Landlord/Roommate Form, and a notarized lease or rental agreement.
